Ball works great on the bottom of my foot, either complete or half. I didn't watch the video on how to split the ball so it took some effort to pull it apart each time i use it. I also roll it on the side of my knee that has pain and it seems to help.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Looking for something to facilitate massage/acc pressure on my feet. Using the ball as a whole, as two halves, or the firm inner core for pinpoint application allowed variations.

I had bunion surgery about 6 months ago. The bunion is gone, but my foot still hasn't fully recovered/adjusted. My trainer recommended I try this ball to loosen up the tendons and ligaments in my foot. I purchased it and from almost the first time I used it, my foot is much more flexible and, for the most part, the pain is gone. I'm going to continue using it to make sure nothing tightens up again. I'm 70 years old and I feel like the more I work to maintain my body, the better off I will be. Mobility is so important. This ball isn't the cheapest one out there, but it's really well built and will last a long time. It's easy to use and you have the option of using the complete ball or half of the ball.

Worth every penny ! Perfect size ,positions right where it’s supposed to be . Tried different things for my plantar fasciitis but so far I like this ball the most . It doesn’t cure , but it sure gives temporary relief.
