Great clearance cookware set if you are willing to use it correctly
This is a fantastic product. It was made around 2014 using 2nd gen nanoceramic coating. Heating is good. Uses much lower heat than cheaper pans to produce excellent cooking results. This and split handles means the handles don't get hot. The sides aren't anodized aluminimum but area painted, making the pan light but not very durable (though fine for careful home use). Nonstick surface is excellent. The main things are that you don't want to overheat the pan and you need to treat the ceramic surface like it was glass. No abrasives, clean with soap and a sponge only and it will last. Lifetime warranty and induction ready due to a steel plate on the bottom. If you want a stronger ceramic nonstick coating you can spend more on a newer titanium ceramic coating but they won't be induction-ready but these pans are available very inexpensively now on clearance. If you want a good set and will care for these correctly they will cook very well. My cooking ability really increased with them.
