Good security key but no instructions
The keys are good and work very well. However, they do not come with instructions and the Identiv website is not very helpful. Having used Yubico security keys I knew what I wanted and was able to find Mac drivers that were necessary to enable these to work on my iMac. Also, I was able to find a beta utility for the Utrust keys that enabled me to add a FIDO password. If I had not been aware of this step I would never have known from the product packaging. These Identiv keys appear to be targeted at commercial and government use, probably the reason for lack of consumer documentation. Given this, and the fact they are made in the US, I’m guessing they are high quality products. Build quality seems about as good as YubiKey despite being slightly larger and having a plastic loop for a keychain.

Great as a secondary key
I have a sturdier key with more connectivity, but needed a second key in case I lose that one. This key is much slimmer, which can be good or bad, depending what you use it for. It's less durable, but it also slots in well in my minimalist wallet.Overall it works very well, both the NFC scanning and the touch confirmation. One potentially bad aspect though is it seems to physically fit in a USB A port either way you turn it, but only powers one way. I imagine this could break something if you're not careful when inserting it.

Works poorly with macOS and apparently not at all with iOS NFC
Like many other commenters below, the key seems to work intermittently, if at all. I couldn't get the NFC to to work at all on my iPhone (and I use it's NFC all the time). I dug around the Identiv site and found they have a driver for macOS. I tried installing it. Nothing. Tried shutdown and restart. Still doesn't work. I once (again, at random) got a query to create a passcode for the device, but it wouldn't accept the code (there were not instructions for what the code could or needed to include). The "Support" page from their web site doesn't mention anything about any of this, except for the bizarre keyboard error (which I got twice).

No issues
Works fine, I just keep it on my keychain. I bought two so I’ll always have a backup.

Durable, high reception, and excellent cost
After watching a few reviews on security keys, I found this product to be durable have high reception (When transferring them to your phone), with excellent cost!Although some complained of the need to carry ‘yet another thing on your keychain’ I personally can’t understand that argument unless you’re signing in and out of your Apple account there is no need to carry them with you.One last point, with everything being electronic, in the cloud, (not physical), there leaves too much to risk from yet another breach! With security keys, you either physically, have them with you when signing out of your Apple ID or you don’t… and unless you’re allowing someone to use your account, you could have the peace of mind that no one (other than one who physically has a key) is NOT getting into your account.I definitely would encourage people his product to anyone interested.

Great product +
Easy to use feel like my Apple id is secure now and don’t have to worry about anyone signing into it because you can’t without the key so security is a great feeling and nice and sturdy.

You’re on your own. No software from the manufacturer.
These keys do work but they are totally unsupported by the manufacturerI’m using them for googles advanced security protection that they offer for Gmail accounts. In order to be compliant with Google standards you need to FIDO2 security keys. These meet that requirement but good luck finding that out until you buy one and try it.Amazon has a serious problem when it comes to consumer-electronics.Their electronics products are too cheap and unreliable and I end up returning more stuff than I keep when it comes to consumer electronics. That is what I have come to expect. Amazon doesn’t do Electronics well, in all categories they suck; including everything from USB sticks to laser electronics for pistols they’re all cheap Chinese crap and break easily. I’m so sick of returning stuff that doesn’t work.In this respect Amazon is just another Wish.com or Alibaba. Gateways for mediocre electronics.
