Great purchase which looks and sound good!
Very pleased. Because at the discount price, it had in the description 'Condition: Used - Very Good'.That did not mean anything, as apart from the withered packaging box and and the 'sticky stuff' falling off the guitar, there is absolutely no way that this guitar looked or plays as though it has been used. Great purchase which looks and sound good!

Perfect for a starting guitar
Bought for my six year old. He’s probably too young in terms of patience to learn it properly just yet but size wise it’s spot on. it’s a great Guitar and I can play it at 46 so he’s got many years to pick it up.

Great little guitar
I’ve had guitars for decades of a range of qualities. Got this for my son (and for me to have a little fun too!) and he loves it.It’s a proper guitar in a tiny size. Out of the box the setup was pretty much ready to go - just did minimal adjustments (barely needed to touch the intonation, but did raise the action on a couple of string that were fretting in a few spotsStays in tune very well, and sounds great. Obviously, you don’t get as great sustain but, for the price this is a great piece of kit.Looks great too

This is a very small guitar. Not average size.
Plays great, sounds great, looks great. Perfect size for a very small adult or maybe a 10 - 12 year old. Otherwise if you just want something smaller to practice with or carry around with you then I’d recommend this. If you’re a larger than the average person or you have really big hands then I don’t think you’ll be comfortable playing a guitar this size.

Ibanez gio mikro
Everything’s good except the fret board on top is to narrow. My fingers are touching the others when playing e, a , d chords.

Have your local guitar shop sets it up for you before playing.
I had another one that I broke the headstock by accident so I bought this one. My other one had a walnut fretboard and only 3 settings with the switch. This one has the maple fretboard and 5 settings. It didn’t sound right so I took it to get it setup and at first they thought the frets were off. It turned out to be the strings that came with it. Once the strings were changed it sounded pretty good. It’s a really nice guitar for beginners and for the money. I personally bought it because I have short fingers and really bad arthritis. I only gave it a 4 star because it’s not as good as my old Gio. But I’m still happy with my purchase. It’s a very nice guitar for traveling or just to fiddle around with playing it while sitting up in bed.
