Best bra post breast augmentation
This BRABIC Womens' Front Closure Post-Surgery Posture Corrector Bra Shaper Tops with Breast Support Band was recommended to me by my plastic surgeon. I was having old implants replaced with slightly larger, similar implants. In speaking with one of the Nurses at the doctor's office, she said she had her older implants replaced, but didn't see a cup size difference (she went up in size, similar to what I was having done). I bought 4 L bras, thinking that would be a good fit, but I was wrong.I ended up returning 2 of the L bras and ordered 4 XL bras, which is the right fit for me. This bras, while certainly uncomfortable directly following surgery, has been very comfortable after the swelling went down. I did have some sort of skin burns under my armpit when I was wearing the L bra, but I've since not had that issue with the XL bras. The compression on the tightest clasp feels good on my chest, and the support band is equally as comfortable and needed after this surgery. The bottom line...if you're looking for items to assist with a breast augmentation, this is a very good bra if sized appropriately. I will be living in mine for the next 2 months, and I'm not sad about it. You obviously can't wear low-cut shirts, but that's OK.

Flattering Look
Wore this bra and several others from same company after breast surgery. Love the fit. Made of good quality material. It was easy to use and comfortable to wear. Really helped with the healing of by breast. The price wasn't expensive and I still put it on sometimes to sleep in at night. The adjustable straps add ease to having to buy new bras as your size adjusted. My breast looked flattering on the bra. Not looking like the were swished together

Snug, with comfort!
After my surgery I was looking for something that would fit snug, yet offer comfort. This was perfect! Highly recommend.

Great post lipo
I got this because several years ago I got a breast reduction. I hated the shape it left on my side boob. It was almost square. I attributed that to the ill fitting compression garment I was given. A few weeks ago I got lipo to my bra area. I specifically wanted something that compressed and pulled at an upward angle to tighten the skin the way it’s meant to under the armpit line. I kept telling my doctor, how I wished they made a tie option so I could lift my breasts without smashing them. I just want my underarm to be compressed without tucking my boobs too. I had cut an abdominal binder and was using that around my shoulders but it hurt. Then i found this. I wish I had taken photos. This drastically altered my shape. When you get lips you know those first few weeks are critical in redefining the shape and tightening the skin. If you’ve had lipo recently, a breast augmentation or anything that requires compression to the upper torso and back this helped me tremendously. It’s not good for regular wear. It can’t replace a bra. But post surgery it’s a thumbs up from me.

Comfortable; not functional for a BA
It was very comfortable compared to other surgery bras that I'd worn. The longer line meant that it didn't rub against my incisions and that was nice. The issue is that the body is too tight and the strap is too loose. It won't push the implant down into the pocket like you want it to. Even on the loosest setting the body of the bra pushes against the breasts too hard, keeping the pocket from loosening and expanding the way you want. And the strap across the breasts doesn't push against the top of that implants hard enough, so it doesn't help them settle down into the pocket. It was very comfortable and I really wished I could keep wearing it, but my doctor said it just won't work. V sad. Guess I'll stick with bands.
