It’s amazing and definitely works!!
I have only been using this product for a few days. However, I am very pleased with it! Getting to sleep is a major problem for me and staying asleep is a challenge, too. Since I began using this, I go to sleep easily and stay asleep!! This will be a product that I will continue to use. Thank goodness for this amazing product! (This company has other excellent products, also.)

Been taking this for years!
I've been using this for years! No side affects and the sleep wality I get with just 2 capsules each night is worth every penny! I love there is no additional unnessesry ingredients - just whata you need and nothing you don't I sleep all the way thorugh the night!

You go to sleep quickly and stay asleep.
So i have been taking chewables (BrainMD) that work but i didn't like the tart chewable late at night - and then had to get up and brush my teeth again. So i tried these. They work well. Deep sleep. However, for almost 2 weeks i would wake up groggy and would feel that way into the late morning and even around lunch time. I just didn't have my usual energy. So, i tried my chewables again. This morning, i woke up clear headed and ready for the day. Back to chewables. However, this IS still a good product. I might not affect others the same way.

It works for me and I love it!!
I love your melatonin strips!! The milligram dose is the perfect dose especially when I actually cut the strips in half and take the half at bedtime. I have taken a higher dose but always felt a little tipsy after the higher dose of 5mg or10mg. I was recently in France and found some melatonin in the pharmacy which is a much lower dose of 1mg. It was a great find and a lower than anything I could find in the US. But I ran out. I was so happy to find Rest ZZZ. Your melatonine has been a marvelous find. Thank you so much for your product! I am a happy customer!
