So I'm one of those customers who don't write reviews until I've had at least 2 month experience with the product, and with Superior Bidet, I must say that this product has exceeded my expectation. I purchased Superior Bidet sometime in May, and from the arrival of the product to the packaging and installation were a great experience. At first I thought it would be difficult to assemble & install, and was not sure if it's worth giving a try, but to my surprise, it is one of the easiest product I've had to install myself. The instructions were easy to understand and the water flows smoothly and cleans neatly too :). This is a product that keeps you cleaner with a fresh feeling afterwards, and did I mention it'd make a great gift?! Yes, cause I'm purchasing another set as a gift for an older couple I know would love it.

I purchased this 10 months ago and it started leaking around the knob that controls the water flow. I tried to contact the manufacturer 3 times now to honor their warranty and I get no response. It was easy to install works great, but if you have a warranty problem, you might be better off buying a different product as this company chooses to ignore you. I still liked it well enough to buy another, but I am definitely not happy with their service after the sale.-7/16/19 I am now up to 4 times attempting to contact these people and no response. Even tried social media, and nothing there either so is this company still in business?

Installing was probably as easy as it could be but still not effortless. It works well but the idea that it eliminates toilet paper may be a bit of overstatement. I like it and am glad I got it for a reasonable price,

Excellent quality components, extremely easy to install (took me about 10 minutes), and it works great. I was nervous because of the low price, but my worries disappeared the first time I used it. I think I'd spring for the upgrade model with front and rear nozzles next time, but I'm not disappointed in this base model at all. Excellent value, excellent performance. It's as good as the company says.

I ordered two of these 1.5 years ago. Right after the warranty expired, one of them broke. The other one still works. It’s a weird feeling to get used to and you do still need to dry off but it sure is clean. I might order another one to replace the one that leaks now. The leak is very unfortunate.This is not a small effort to install however you need to shut off the water at the Intake of the house to minimize leaks, and if you have silicone tape use that. I installed it without and had a leak on both of them. Fixed it with silicone tape and no leak. Except for the year later leak.

This Bidet is wonderful. Easy to install. I did have to buy a 3/8" coupling because all my fittings were 3/8". Other than that, it was a breeze to install. Feeling wonderfully clean!!

After living as an expat in Korea for several years and experiencing the wonders of modern bidet technology, this has always been on my wish list. I move almost every year, so I was hesitant to make the investment, but those worries were misplaced---this was super easy to install, and if I had to move it wouldn't take long to pack the whole thing up again. The nozzles can be manually pushed forwards or backwards to adjust the angle of the spray, and the spray is so powerful (in my case) I only need to slightly turn the nob.

BETTER BIDETS OUT THERE:The Bidet leaves a 1/2" gap between the toilet seat and the bidet, so when you use the bidet the water squirts out everywhere around the toilet. I've used it 2x and I have to clean up a huge water mess around the toilet and on the toilet seat after each use.The water that comes out of the bidet is WAY too sharp/fast, the hole must be so tiny it really pressurizes the spout (it almost hurts)And lastly, the angle of the spout doesn't actually hit the bullseye- it hits the top of the butt and drips down to the bullseye.
