I had only owned my Jawbone for a week before losing the end cap. I lost it on Sunday evening and had three new ones in my hand by lunch time on Wednesday! My co-worker had lost his this weekend too, so you have TWO happy folks!Thank you for your great customer service.

I do not know whether it is the end caps or my jawbone, but they will not stay on. These do not seem to fit as tight as the original; however, lost the original too.

It is a great product and it fits great on the up band and it is a great buy to.

I like the fact that there were multiple pieces. I lost the first one already; however, I like them, they fit just right, and I shouldn't need to use another one for a long time. I think it's great that these are available!!

While it may be a design flaw of the band itself, these caps continually separate from the band with even the slightest impact - not ideal for a product billed as an all-day fitness and activity tracker. Within a month, all three were gone, scattered about the trails and streets, or buried in some obscure location as the result of an arm swing or abrupt change in direction. The UP24 itself is a solid 2nd Gen product, and still a front-runner in my mind in the wearables market, but the endcaps and charging form factor are two items high on the list of things I hope to see improved in the 3rd Generaton model pending release in 2015.

The caps don't fit very well and fall off easily. Plus, you can get the ones directly from Jawbone for about the same price! Wish I had noticed that sooner and not wasted my money on these.

I've no doubt that I'll lose at least 1 or 2 while charging the UP24. That's just me. If you're very conscious about where you put the small cap, then no worries. That would not be me... I know I'll need them one day!

I but these in bulk - the most often lost piece on my Jawbone. Mercifully they are cheap! If the Jawbone was not so terrific I would consider this an unnecessary expense!!

Excellent service. Product just as stated.

Cover are almost identical to the original. The font used to engrave "JAWBONE" is slightly different (larger and thicker). The original cap has a very slight curve on the end of the silver colored part which is not to be seen on the copies. The caps provide a good seal (just as good as the original piece). When putting on the cap and removing it the feel is a bit different if compared to how it feels to do this with the original cap. The first two or three times you put on and remove the caps small plastic pieces might fall of the cap.Nevertheless, a perfect product which functions flawlessly and has an acceptable price.
