It sets up in seconds without needing any tools or permanent fixings—you just tuck the foam stopper into the door frame, close the door, and it locks firmly in place. The strap feels durable with solid stitching, and the soft padding protects both the bands and the door from getting scuffed or damaged during pulls and stretches. It gives her plenty of options to anchor bands at different heights for a full workout safely. She uses it regularly and is really pleased with how stable and secure it feels.

**Q: Does anyone know how to secure a strap? Mine gets loose very quickly once I put it through the buckle**
A: It's not a product that's built to last to be honest. My buckle snapped and I got pelted with 3 bands last time I used mine. At least yours is warning you it's about to snap

A: Hi, Yes, you get one set of grips as well as different strengths of elastic band.  You will need someone fairly strong to attach the part that holds everything onto the door to be as tight as possible.  Good luck!
