Solid Addition to My Daughter's Home Workouts
I bought this for my daughter to use with her resistance bands, and it’s been a great addition to her exercise routine. It sets up in seconds without needing any tools or permanent fixings—you just tuck the foam stopper into the door frame, close the door, and it locks firmly in place. The strap feels durable with solid stitching, and the soft padding protects both the bands and the door from getting scuffed or damaged during pulls and stretches. It gives her plenty of options to anchor bands at different heights for a full workout safely. She uses it regularly and is really pleased with how stable and secure it feels.

Just what sanity needed
These are perfect for what I need. I purchased a resistance band set which only came with one door anchor and I found having to keep moving it to different positions for different types of exercises tedious and a pain in the posterior region. So I purchased these and now I can have one at the top of the door, 1 at the bottom and the other to the side so that all positions are covered. They seem to be very good quality and strong too. A Bargain to end the pain and suffering that a lone anchor caused 😂

They’re great!
Excellent value, good quality and strong materials! You can see in the pic what l was using before, lol, a coat hook taped down to the door - didn’t work too well. These are perfect for doing my shoulder physio exercises with the rubber tubes and bands.

A great solution to a large, heavy, pull up bar that isn’t secure of the door. This is light, easy to use, removable, and secure. I don’t do pull up with it. I got to elongate my spine. For a nice back stretch
