Does anyone know how to secure a strap? Mine gets loose very quickly once I put it through the buckle

It's not a product that's built to last to be honest. My buckle snapped and I got pelted with 3 bands last time I used mine. At least yours is warning you it's about to snap

Does this include the elastic bands with hand grips and ankle grip?

Hi, Yes, you get one set of grips as well as different strengths of elastic band. You will need someone fairly strong to attach the part that holds everything onto the door to be as tight as possible. Good luck!
