Psoriasis Shampoo & Conditioner - Effective Scalp Psoriasis Treatment, 11 Ounce

This shampoo cleared up my scalp issues in no time at all. It lathers very nicely and smells good unlike others I’ve tried. I use a store brand conditioner and I haven’t noticed any hair dryness. It’s worth every penny and saved me a trip to the dermatologist.

This is my experience after using this product twice. I washed my hair two days in a row. I haven’t been to a doctor yet, so I’m not sure what originally caused the issue, but it started as a small bald spot and became extremely itchy. I was scratching so much that I actually broke the skin, and every time I scratched, flakes would fall and there was a strange residue under my nails. I used both the shampoo and the itchy-relief drops from the same brand. As you can see in my picture, the redness went down significantly. The shampoo did leave my hair feeling a little harder/drier than other shampoos, but I just apply a hair mask from mid-length to the ends, and that solves the issue. Most importantly the itchiness went down about 95%. This has been a great temporary remedy while I wait to visit a professional. I’m really happy with the relief it provided.

Husband has psoriasis. Keeps the flaking somewhat minimal probably would be better if he also used the prescribed hair medication; hair is still soft and shiny. Itching isn’t terrible as much as before—only when the flaking buildup gets bad.

I recently dealt with scalp psoriasis for the first time, and this shampoo and conditioner combo ended up being very helpful for me. I had some problem areas on my scalp that were uncomfortable and itchy, and this product helped both with the healing process and reducing the itch factor. Relief wasn’t immediate, but with consistent use I started seeing noticeable improvement within about a week. That felt realistic to me and made me feel confident the product was actually working rather than just being a temporary surface fix. One thing I really liked is that it works as both a shampoo and conditioner. My routine was to apply it first thing when I got into the shower and let it sit on my scalp while I washed the rest of my body before rinsing. That method seemed to work really well for me. Another thing that stood out was that my barber even mentioned my scalp looked much improved after I had been using this for a bit, which was great outside confirmation. If I ever deal with this condition again, I would absolutely use this product again as part of my treatment routine.

I have tried so many dandruff and psoriasis shampoos that haven’t worked. This product made a huge difference after just one wash. After using it for a month my psoriasis has finally gone away after years!

It lessens the itching, but for me it makes it all flake off which can be inconvenient if I don’t have time to pick them out. I always have to use a regular shampoo after, to lessen the dryness, and it also takes hair dye out of your hair. I dyed my hair brown and it’s all gone after a few months. I will continue to use it, and I’ll figure out how to keep my hair dyed while using it. Maybe a color depositing shampoo after.

The best and most simple praise that I can give this shampoo is that it works. Just flat out works. I've dealt with a flaky scalp for years and have gone through the gamut of products (Head & Shoulders, T-Gel, anti-dandruff shampoos/conditioners, creams, etc) All of them either worked for a little while then became ineffective. This is the first one I've had that actually seems to have lasting results. It took about 3 uses for my scalp to really start to clear up. I'd recommend really deep cleaning the first couple of times and getting a moisturizer for days in between washes, but the large flaking scales that I had to deal with have disappeared and my scalp looks healthy for once.

Nizoral is always a great product and this one was no exception. Just a little bit goes a long way and I think it has definitely made a difference. It also smells pretty good and leaves my texture. Will buy again
