I put one scoop in a smoothie and felt weird and buzzy from how sweet it was. An hour later, my stomach felt nauseous and bad. A few days later, I put half a scoop in instead, and it was way more tolerable and my stomach didn't react, but less protein that way of course. I wish they offered unsweetened powders for the people who don't usually consume sugar.
