In this case, you may have connected light wand with another mobile phone before, and now you need to clear the code if you want to connect it with another different mobile phone. When the light is off, press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on the light, then let go, press and hold the brightness again for 3 seconds to complete the code clearing. Then follow the normal connection method to connect normally.
