Bought because of arthritis
I used to be able to do push ups, pikes, and yoga like nobody's business, and then I got osteoarthritis in my hands. Because of this, it is very painful for me to bear weight on my palms. I tried two other styles of pushup aids before I got these. I love them because the foam rubber covering on the handle doesn't roll the way some do. I also like how they are angled, which makes perfect sense from an ergonomic perspective. I am now able to do pushups much more comfortably. They do slide a bit when I do something with a bit of side to side movement, like an archer pushup, but that is easily remedied by using a mat. I am now able to do down dog and chauranga in yoga class, & can do pushups and pikes for my trainer. Since I got them, I have been asked several times about them by others in the gym who want to try them out and ask where I got them. I think you will be very pleased with these bars. Oh, and my trainer borrows them for handstands. Gratuitous bragging: I am 67 years old.

Great for pushups that would normally cause wrist pain.
Leg day and chest day were the two workouts I skipped frequently. No more!I got these bars because my wrists were starting to hurt with all the pushups I do for my in home workouts. For the most part they are great. They are very sturdy, don't roll on me except in extreme situations, and are easy to readjust to different angles mid workout. The only downside to them is the foam padding is a bit too far down the bar. I like to hold on to them just beneath the top bend and there is an inch of space were the foam padding does not reach. It's not a deal breaker though and I'm very happy with the bars over all.Now leg day is the only day I skip.

Good bars for people with weak wrists
I got this because i like doing push ups, but my wrists are weak (may have some form of carpal tunnel) and they hurt when I try to do regular push ups.PROS:They keep my wrists straight. The cushion is nice so my hands don't tire easily and I don't get calluses. They are collapsible, so you can take them anywhere and they won't take up much space.CONS:Be careful if you use this on concrete or on a towel. They might slip while you're mid-pushup if you're not careful. I almost slipped once, but it was a very small slip and I was just careful with how I positioned my body.

Sturdy and Effective Push-Up Aid
These are a good set of push-up bars. The angle is comfortable and natural and they typically do not slip. However, the end-caps will sometimes slide off of the piping and have to be placed back. I enjoy the bars because they allow me to get far deeper in my push-ups and also put less strain on my wrist than doing push-ups with flat palms.

Perfect for what i need. Great value for the price.
I have been suffering a frozen should and was unable to do some yoga moves due to the pressure on my shoulder, the bars lifted me up to a better height that took some of the pressure off and allowed me to complete my routine. These bars are strong and sturdy and a great value for the price! The customer outreach to check and be sure i was completely satisfied was unexpected and very appreciated. Jeff really cares about his customers and making sure everything was perfect. I can recommend the bars and the seller with 100% confidence.

Daves review.
Good, solid push up bars. I weigh 240 pounds and have broken mattresses and chairs. These 2 push up bars for around $12 seem to be holding strong. The company owner has contacted me numerous times to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase. I have to say it is nice to see the health industry cares as much as this company. Keep truckin' 321 fitness. I know I will be! Peace

good for the price
so for the price they are great....after having these for a few months, I've noticed a few issues that I don't care for. If I'm sweating alot, the grip pads will slide around. Also, the bars themselves will slide so try to keep on a surface that will not slip. There's also a bit of give or bend that happens when using them simply because these are plastic, and not the strongest. Besides all of this, I still use them regularly and enjoy them, and feel they were worth the purchase; but understand why some people would pay for more expensive, higher quality ones.

Great customer service, great product
They are lightweight, but durable. I love that I can take them apart and travel with them. The first pair I got had one bar where the stands would fall off every time they were lifted off the ground. So, I contacted them and they gave me a full refund without requesting that I return them. So, I purchased another pair and both of those work great. Their customer service was seamless and simple. Overall, I had a positive experience with the customer service and would definitely recommend the product.
