False Economy. Are these real FFP2 masks?
I had already purchased FFP2 masks from an established High Street pharmacy that were twice the price of these. I thought these looked similar in the photograph so I decided to take a chance on them and save a little money too. However, false economy. They are flimsy and thin and nowhere near the density and thickness of the more expensive mask.Trying on the very first mask and the ear straps pulled off one side. I went through the whole 25 and had to reglue about 12 of them. They are small in size, and fit me ok but are absolutely no use to my husband. They only good thing I could say is the individual packaging is handy.

Really thin Mask. You cannot return Masks even if unopened! Buyer Beware
These masks are really thin and not worth considering.I did not need to open the packaging to see how thin and flimsy they are.Refunds are not possible with masks even if unopened and that is not clear from the listing which is a great shame. This product will go straight in the bin as it offers no protection whatsoever. Not as described!

Broken masks of different sizes!
As the photo shows, one mask was broken (update: it’s now three masks that are broken - the elastic band snapped instantly on one, and the other two came broken already). The other masks have different lengths of elastic bands!!! Some don’t fit at all, some are too tight and some just right. NEVER buying from this supplier again as they clearly do not have quality controls in place.

Some quality issues
Had 2 out of 25 where the elastic ear string is not attached strongly to the mask so it breaks off when putting the mask on which works out expensive as have to throw mask away. Mask is good fit and slightly larger than others which is great if you (like me) are male.

Not the same product I had already ordered previously
It's very difficult to find a mask that fits comfortably, so i have been buying one box at a time to try out. In March I ordered these Keplin masks and was happy with them, so I re-ordered in June. True, it's still Keplin, but the model is Merrimen and it's pretty different from before: elastic bands are shorter so it hurts, the metal band is on the outside so it doesn't stay put, the bridge of the nose is therefore exposed to gaps, and there are two "flaps" underneath the eyes that are quite bothersome. I use a mask throughout my working day and want something comfortable and well fitted. Also, I have tried returning the two unopened boxes but it's "not suitable for returns".

Not as described
The masks are not as described - they are not the brand the seller pertains to offer.Mis-description of this product falls foul of the Consumer Rights Act 2016 by not conforming to the contract. Why purchase if you are not to receive the brand and quality you agreed in return for your money.Amazon need to ensure customers trust is not breached by sellers conducting business in such a way

Best of the many we've tried
My wife and I like these masks. I have a high bridge to my nose and wear glasses so I trim the loose material above the nose strip, and then the masks work well. They are the best I have found for stopping glasses fogging although it did take a few attempts for me to find a good fit and positioning. My wife has a small face and COPD and these are the only masks that work well for her. We have tried many types, including the Which? best buy and these are still better. Am buying more.
