I bought this for some of the recipes that I'm trying to learn. I was not at all convinced that it was going to be worth the cost but wanted to at least try it. It is amazing!! The difference it makes in a recipe calling for soy sauce (use very little) is incredible. It adds alot of flavor. Especially good in dips/sauces

My go to for years, just throw a couple of pork tenderloins in a plastic bag, pour some ‘Yoshidad’ over them, leave overnight, next day ready for the Grill, it’s great

Don’t know much about black rice wine vinegar, needed it for recipe. Taste good, comes in nice fancy and well secured box. As for taste , I like it, but don’t have anything to compare. But again, I like it, not too bitter, not too sweet. But be careful, it Does pour fast out of the bottle( I was not expecting that at first)

Upon arrival, I opened the bottle for a quick sample. I immediately tossed out the two bottles of black vinegar in my pantry. There is no comparison in flavor. This is what I have been looking for in a black vinegar. It is similar to an aged balsamic with a lighter and more subtle flavor. I love a good aged vinegar. Yes, I ordered more.

Excellent packaging and good flavour. A bit pricey but I think you get what you pay for here.
