I do exercise for around 8 to 10 hours per week. Including heavy weight lifting and cardio each six times a week. I took this tablet for weight gain (mostly expected to gain muscles as I was working out a lot).Below are the observations from the product,1. The tablet makes you sleepy and tired. Symptoms stays the same even after 2 weeks of time. Didn't get any better.2. Weight gain happens around your stomach and mostly as fat. My fat range is 24% and it reached 28% in 2 weeks time and gained around 4 kgs. (There is no change in my diet. As I am eating healthy with moderate carbs and consuming a reasonable healthy fats).3. You can't focus on work and you will feel lethargic throughout the day. It is really not worth to gain the weight with above symptoms.Only plus, you will sleep well. Apart from that no good comes from this tablet. Only too much of fat gain, which can be easily done by eating more.

I have had it for 3 months and the results are good. However, you gain weight in your belly area with bloating and sleepiness all the time. It does increase your appetite. But it you leave it, the results will come back to normal as you were. I would go for a different option. However, if you wanna gain weight with a fat belly, you can go with it.
