BioSense Memory Foam Neck Pillow with Better Than Down Cover

After too many years of my old neck pillow, I needed to replace it. I bought my husband and I each one of these. You need to know that the padded cover is way too huge!!! The pillow, for us at least, was terribly uncomfortable - our necks and heads were not in a neutral position. Our heads ended up too high. Besides, with the pillow cover on the pillow, the pillows WILL NOT FIT IN A PILLOWCASE, STANDARD OR OTHERWISE! Obviously, we got rid of the padded covers. The foam core, the main pillow itself, is wonderful! The design is very comfortable and does stay cool at night. We have not noticed any smell at all. So, it's nice if you get rid of the fluffy outer cover!

I didn't find this pillow worked for back sleeping and giving my neck the correct support.

This really is a comfy pillow. No question about that. Just make sure it is exactly what you want as it is expensive!! Brookstone does not work with you on return/exchanges. I bought a pillow at Bed/Bath and Beyond, returned it with a receipt. They gladly returned my money and since they can not resell the pillow, they donate it. Now that is the way to do it. Better take notes Brookstone, your store is looking kinda over priced and greedy at this point!!

I love this pillow. It's alleviated my back and neck pains. After a while, it became flat and I washed it. The key to stopping down from bunching up in the wash or dryer is simple - throw in some tennis balls or sneakers. My sneakers needed washing anyway so I washed them with the pillow, let it rinse and spin again, then tossed them in the dryer and ran it twice. It came out just as perfect and fluffy as when I bought it.

This is a very thick pillow and is a lot harder than I thought it would be. For the first week it was ok and the stiff neck I had with my previous pillow went away. But about a week later, my neck was stiff all over, not just in one place like before and I have to believe that its got something to do with how thick and hard it is. I thought since I have a memory foam mattress and love it that the pillow was a natural. I think I'll be going back to a standard pillow that has some firmness to it but has more give that the Brookstone. It's like putting your head down on a soft rock if a rock could be soft.

I have found that this pillow to be everything that is was advertised.I should have ordered the side sleeper but what I got is working so much better than my old pillows, I will be saving up for another one. :)

you don't know how much better a 60 dollar pillow is until you actually buy one, and then you're like, wow, ok, this is worth the price.

Had a verison of this pillow before-just the inside. What a difference with the outer pillow. Works for back or side sleeping.
