This is our favorite rice as a family, especially when cooked in the Instant Pot! It is super fluffy and makes great sticky rice that tastes amazing, plus it’s regeneratively grown and organic. The only downside is that it’s definitely on the more expensive side so we try to buy it when it’s on sale, but the quality is top notch.

Whenever I make this rice, and I have used a small rice cooker for almost 50 years, it always bubbles over and makes a mess. That I have to confess, when I use the exact ratio of water to rice it makes a very tiny mess.If this bothers you, you can always fold up a paper towel and put it around the edges, so it catches the mess; however, it’s more work than I usually have to do with other rices or grains.This is my favorite brand as it has the least amount of arsenic out of any other rices on the market.I like the rice’s flavor and texture a lot, I just wish it didn’t make a mess.
