Very good 3 bought 20% spandex is perfect for small size
I bought the small size and although I wear XL the stretch was good and fitted easily and is comfortable. Will see with multiple cleans on the elasticity/compression.

Being new to these, I suspect some will say - I does not compress enough, others will say - it compresses too much. For me - I'm 6.0'/ 290lbs., they feel good and work like I think they should...
