Working out really well...saving a ton of $$ on yogurt pouches
These pouches are working out well. I use them mostly for yogurt since the price of the Stoneyfield pouches have gone up significantly. Now I buy a large tub, throw a few spoonfuls in, zip it up and go. Easy to fill. Easy to clean. I try to rinse and fill with a little dish soap and warm water right away until I have time to wash. Shake it up with soapy water and it gets the creases cleaned out right away. Holds up well in the dishwasher too but I would recommend rinsing out first. The seal is strong, I've been using for a month and no leaks at all (I don't let my kid see that it opens at the bottom even though I don't think she could get it open herself.) These are slightly larger than a "traditional" baby food pouch but that hasn't been a problem for my 1 1/2 year old. Extra tops are a nice touch.

Great reusable pouches
I really like these pouches. My little one loves pouches, and I'm able to use my own blended up food or the cheaper tubs of baby food to make up healthy snacks of fruit and veggies, and add in yogurt or cereal if I want. It's a little messy to get the food in sometimes since I don't use a funnel, and you have to hold it up with one hand while using the other to fill it. The zipper seal is very sturdy which is great when food is in there, but it makes it difficult to close up sometimes - just be aware that you make have to work extra hard to get it to fully close! I also like that these hold a full 6oz, which is larger than the store-bought pouches. I have found these to be very easy to clean - I try to rinse them out soon after they are used, and then just use a bottle brush to clean. No problems fitting the brush in the large pouch to clean it.

Great reusable design, but not 5 oz if filling from the bottom
The healthy planet food pouches are nicer than another brand I purchased because the pack has a larger window allowing you to see what is inside. The bottom has a zip closure than is extremely difficult to open, but I like that as I do not want it opening by accident when filling. I use the Infantino fill station with these. The 5 oz. ones are a little too tall for the fill station, but I just fill two at a time letting the bottom of each pack rest in the center. Works well enough and I will continue to make it work since the other option is filling from the bottom which only allows you to get about 4 oz. in because of the zip closure squeezing all the food out as you seal.Washing is very easy and can be done in the dishwasher if you prefer. I always make sure to rise the packs immediately so I have never had issues with mold in any seams and cannot see this as an issue if cared for properly. I would have given 5 stars if filling from the bottom was easier, or if there would be a fill line so food would not be wasted.

I LOVE these reusable food pouch
I LOVE these reusable food pouch.I have read reviews of similar products, and HEALTHY PLANET SOLUTIONS wins my vote because I have not experienced any negative aspects as I have with the other brands.PROS:* There is no smell.* The zipper is strong - my daughter (1.5 years) sometimes smashes the pouch with her fist, and the bottom has not busted. No leaking whatsoever, even with pure liquids like water or juice.* There is no lip or flap under the zipper - it is completely sealed flat, so food does not get stuck.* There is no space between the spout and the pouch (where they connect) - it is completely sealed, and again, food does not get stuck.* NO MOLD GROWTH. I reused the same one for a long time to test it out.I make sure to use a small brush, like a nipple brush, to scrub the threading in the cap, on the spout, and the corners of the zipper.* I have not had issues with the plastic/zipper warping due to hot water.I have 2 MINOR CONS but are not deal breakers in anyway:* You need to put it in a cup for to fill it if you are scraping out purees from another container.* If put against something white, you can see if the plastic is stained. Mine are slightly tinted orange due to my carrot purees. (But that is expected from plastics)

Easy and reliable
I've been using these for a few months to pack yogurt for my son's daycare lunch. I love that I'm able to give him tasty snacks that don't have too much sugar and we get to reduce our environmental impact. The pouches are holding up well and are easy to clean. We mostly pop them in the dishwasher, no issues. I appreciate the extra tops. A note: they look like they hold more than they do because they are flat at the bottom (not triangular with a wide base like the commercial pouches you buy at the grocery store). I thought these looked massive in the picture but the smaller one is just the right size for my 15 month-old's yogurt.

Good quality, but not for us.
These are probably very good for what they're supposed to do. They do not leak, they're sturdy, and I like the clear areas so my son and I can see what's still in the pouch. However, these are not for me. They are very hard to clean out completely, especially any little bits like spinach or berry skins, even if I immediately rinse with warm water and get in there with a sponge. It's the curved area inside the pouch, right near the mouth opening, that's impossible to clean. I'm not going to buy an extra tiny brush just to clean this space, so after one or two uses, these went into the trash. Also, I couldn't always scrub the inside of the pouch immediately after my son finishes the food inside because, well, I have a toddler who demands my attention and doesn't understand when I need to stand at the sink to scrub these things out.

These are very good to have with a baby!
We bought these so that we could make our own "snack packs". That way we can control the ingredients and save money. It is so easy blend up vegetables, fruits and nuts to make a balanced meal for my baby. We typically use a mortar and pestle when only making one or two packs for the day. A mortar and pestle make it easy to crush up ingredients like nuts and frozen berries quickly for immediate use. For breakfast we combine Greek yogurt with berries and crushed sunflower seeds. This has really been a great time saver because they are quick to make and there is no mess to clean up. These can go in the freezer so I typically make 6 packs at a time, put two in the fridge and the rest in the freezer. They are super easy to defrost in a bowl of warm water. Our baby also loves to eat these when they are on the cold side. These products are well made and it is a Canadian company. The seal is durable and has held up perfectly after multiple uses and several dish washer cycles. These are easy to clean and dry. All around this is a well made product and very useful. I would recommend this to anyone who has a baby, you will love the convenience of being able to make your own snack packs and your baby will love to eat them.We had been buying store bought snack packs and loved how easy they were to give to our baby. When we go for a walk in the park or to visit a friend, snack packs are the perfect thing to bring because you can feed you baby anywhere with no mess. This issue with store bought snack packs is that they typically don't have a balanced macro nutrient ratio, so they are not suitable as a meal. They are better used as a snack because they are mainly carbohydrates.

Washable, tough little pouches, multiple uses
My baby is still breasted but we will be weaning soon and plan on making homemade food, as I did with my first. I used plastic tubs for storage and did make purees last time and intend to cook again. Pouches caught my eye - I wanted something to store food in for travel and something that takes up less freezer space. This is a pack of 6. I like the design, and these are really strong. They open from the bottom for inserting food/drink and for cleaning. Very secure lids, some see-through sections so you can see inside and you can write a label on the pouch too.So far I've used this for smoothie making as I haven't weaned the baby and made food yet. It was easy to put the product into, froze well and defrosted, my son had no problem squeezing out the fruit smoothie, and I washed this by opening the bottom and any remnants washed out easily with hot water.Glad to have six, would have wanted more options with numbers of pouches, a mixture of sizes maybe.

Love love love !!
These are amazing if you make smoothies or put small drinks in them. They seal perfect with no leaks! It’s a little difficult to open them but since they seal wonderful I guess that’s par for the course. My son has problems with solids/texture aversions and I use these to make smoothies so that he’s still getting his veggies and fruits and he doesn’t have to touch anything. I do wish they opened a liiiiiittle more at the bottom but it’s not the end of the world (: would totally reccomend, super durable so far too! They’re pretty easy to clean, and since a fair amount of it is see through it’s easy to see if you missed a spot. I love that they’re also freezable !!!! Great product for the price and a good amount of them as well.
