I am 5‘9” tall and weigh 240 pounds. I bought a 2X in style black one. I love love love this coat! It fits perfectly and is very warm, which I did not expect. It is warm enough for the Southern California cold mornings and nights but it’s not too warm to wear indoors for a period of time. I have not worn it over a heavy sweater. I am not sure it would fit as comfortably as it does with the lighter weight shirts. It is so soft and looks great on. I’ve gotten many compliments on it. I bought this coat one year ago and have now bought the longer version. I love this coat so very much! Everybody wants to touch it ha ha

Firstly, when I tried the jacket on, I liked it. It is not bulky, and has the cute shaggy-faux fur look I wanted. However, the snap-buttons fell off upon the first wearing. It has three snap-buttons and I lost two, and unfortunately the jacket didn't include extras. The fit was good, and I felt good wearing it, but it is more of a cardigan with a shawl collar now that it's missing its fastenings. Buyer beware.

I just received this today, and I love it! Because I live in Az, I cant wear it yet to tell you if it keeps you warm, but it is so incredibly soft! I ordered the black XL because some of the reviews said to size up. For me, that was right. I normally wear a large in all tops or jackets. This fit perfectly in XL. Sleeve length hits just like on the model. I am a young 61, 5'6 and 155 lbs. I believe a large would have been a little snug, and sleeve length a little short.

For sizing purposes I am 5' 4 and a 105 pounds. I originally ordered a small and that is fine if you don't want to wear a bulkier shirt underneath. The sleeves were a little short for my liking so I ordered a medium in that is what you see in my attached pictures. It goes just passed my but has pockets that have the material inside makes it cozy. The color itself I really liked. It's a lightweight coat it's not something that's going to keep you warm in the Winter in a cold place but it's stylish in a nice fall to light Winter jacket.

Almost 10 years ago, I lost a faux fur coat that looked just like this. I’ve been looking for one similar ever since … and I found this one, which costs less than the other one!I was a little nervous about ordering the right size, but all the comments said to order a size up and they were right. It fits me perfectly! Not too tight, and not oversized. Enough room to button it and still move comfortably.The material is soft and light weight.Very happy with my purchase!!
