These drops are improving my natural energy and are a great addition to my daily multivitamins, Alive! Both seem to compliment each other and my scalp seems less flaky after I added this b12. The only thing that frustrated me was the dropper only fills up a quarter of the way so u gotta measure it by continuously dropping into a tiny measuring spoon to measure it because u can't see if there's lines on the dropper because of the dark red color. Unless there isn't a measuring table on the dropper which I don't see. Love the taste though. Almost didn't need to chase it with water. Just a tad sweet though.

There was no dislike about it. I took b-12 the morning before work. By the time I got to work my energy had boosted and I was able to concentrate.

I like this product right away. I am an early riser for work and sometimes I just feel so tired in the morning and coffee doesn’t cut it so I will have the dosage recommended on this Friday and it seems like the brain fog disappears. I will order again.

I do not like taking vitamins but I know they are essential, I take vitamin c and sea moss but I knew I still needed others however I don’t like certain vitamins because they have made me so sick like nauseous and I couldn’t stand it. But this Vitamin D3 and K2 is great i saw how I usually would be more exhausted became less and I had every to push through. Definitely worth a try for sure!!! Will be purchasing when I run out for more.

This supplement really helps when you needing that extra Energy. Especially when you always on the go with your kiddos.

This B-12 methylcobalamin is in liquid form so that you shake the bottle, then unscrew the top which is the dropper, then squeeze up a dropperful and squirt it under your tongue. Hold it there for 20 seconds before swallowing. I love the taste. I have to apply 2 dropperfuls because the dropper won't squeeze up an entire dropperful, only half.

My son likes taking these it has helped him not sweat so much and he’s having problems sweating a lot than normal so I got him some and he said that they taste good too🙂

I really can't tell but seems to keep me goin. Less coffee and more B-12. Thank you for the Boost. Specifically when climbing on roofs in the morning.
