Really nice product, fits perfectly in our garden and we are very happy. Communication with delivery was great and all my questions were answered. The quality of the wood if great too. Overall very happy.

So easy to construct ,only needed one other person to hold the post whilst the top beams were installed.

Strong, good quality pergola including fixings. Pre-drilled holes made it much easier to fit together. Great product!

Whole pergola fallen apart during the storm. caused damage to the garden. Screws were snapped. I replaced the screws but still very unstable and when contacted the seller about the problem, they said they can not assist me because there is a climbing plant on the pergola. So what is the purpose of pergola if you shouldn't use for a climbing plant? Very disappointed with the customer service and poor quality of the design.
