Great for healthy hair
I first bought Monoi oil when visiting Oahu and it allowed me to grow my 4a hair really long. I stopped using it for years and recently decided to grow my hair back out. I was very pleased when I received this in the mail. It is the quality and lovely scent as I remembered it from the island.

Excellent! Exotic! Coconut + Vanilla Bean inside for delicious subtle tropical scent
As we age, some skin types looks dry when makeup is applied. Then makeup settles in wrinkles & makeup now looks age-defining (old) instead of youthful. But, I started experimenting with a silicone layer first, then a light application of the manoi tahitian coconut and vanilla bean oil before liquid makeup and I finally found that dewey appearance that I have not been able to achieve even with expensive brands of makeup. After 70 years of makeup application, two constants are real: not every makeup will work the same on 2 people as advertising is fake. Second, a successful outcome rarely happens with just one makeup product. As skin ages & often dries out while becoming less soft with hormonal changes, wrinkles deepen so makeup becomes more of a "try this, try that-- a little of this and that" and the hope to look beautiful. Doesnt happen. Face still looks old or even worse. But this combination actually looked much better with some tweaking and squeaking! No promises that u will turn back time! But I have received many compliments! Hope it works for u! (note: coconut oil solidifies but quickly liquifies in seconds on ur fingertips and the vanilla pieces are not mold... just natural vanilla bean scenting)

Highly Recommend, you won't regret it!! 🌸🫶🏽
Recently I began taking a Tahitian drumming and dancing class with my teenage daughter. I was introduced to this oil through our classmates. This oil is a godsend!! I use it after my showers or before I go outside in the sun. It has HEALED my skin!! It goes on smoothly and keeps my skin moisturized!! It definitely lasts all day!! And the smell.... PHENOMENAL!! It's the most beautiful jasmine paired with light coconut fragrance. I have the Vanilla, Tiare and this one, while they are all delish smelling, this one is MY FAV🌸🫶🏽 The only thing I would point out (And I believe the source of any negative reviews) this oil is PURE so it solidifies somewhere around 68-72 degrees. That's TOTALLY NORMAL!! I just run it under hot water for a minute in the sink or if it's for after shower, I just leave it out next to the shower while I'm showering and by the time I get out it's completely liquefied again. I highly recommend this oil!! My skin.... Like touching a cloud!! (Oh and I have no science to back this up....but my stretch marks....on my stomach and the backs of my legs....healing....is it this?!? I haven't introduced ANY other changes to my routine....Maybe?! I'm HUGE into the healing power of plants, maybe the Tiare flower is good for stretch marks?! I have much research to do and will update my review once I have any info on this theory. Any which way....it's not a listed benefit, but it's absolutely something I've noticed on myself!!)🫶🏽🌺 @Magic__Sage

Smells INCREDIBLE
Bring in shower with you, let it sit and liquify in the container. 2- put it on your entire body while still wet and air dry- your skin will thank you with the softness. 3 - the smell is out of this world!!! Like a Tahitian Vanilla princess!!! The smell does fade tho after a few hours unfortunately. Unless I just couldn’t smell it on myself anymore. Don’t care tho still love the product. Bought another bottle to put on my kids. They will all smell like little delightful cabbage patch kids lol I’m cool with that! I’m obsessed with smelling like vanilla- it’s a whole vibe for me right now 4 starts because I wish it lasted longer and didn’t fade

Rash?
Gave me an itchy rash. I have no idea what’s in this stuff that would cause that reaction. It was specifically in the spot on my arm where I tried out the oil. The scent is also cheap and strange.

smells soooo good!
Ok, so several months ago I realized that I was overweight, had zero energy, and was just generally sick all the time. I decided to start making moves toward living a more healthy and (mostly) chemical-free lifestyle. I started using more homemade products, like honey, & baking soda (instead of shampoo), apple cider vinegar & water (instead of conditioner), coconut oil, cornstarch, baking soda, and tea tree oil (instead of deodorant) and coconut oil (instead of lotion). I don't mind being a little crunchy, but I really don't want to SMELL like it though. Instead of getting out of the shower smelling like perfumed bath products, I came out smelling a bit more natural. (This isn't a good thing as far as I'm concerned.) But I didn't want to ruin my new healthy living lifestyle by spraying perfume all over myself, when I have no idea what's in it. (My favorite (Shalimar), apparently has anal secretions from beavers!!!! WHAT??!) So in search of something that would make me smell good, without spraying a ton of perfume on myself, I decided to try the Monoï (pronounced Mah-noy) oil, scented with Vanilla. I was a little apprehensive when I got it, because the smell is very strong out of the bottle. Someone said it smells like marshmallows, but that's not quite right. Pina colada's is a little closer to the smell to me, but that's not exactly it either. Frankly, I really can't accurately describe the smell. Since it's coconut oil, it will turn white and hard if it gets too cool. I took it into the shower with me, and it was back to liquid by the time I got done with the shower. I rubbed it all over my body, and then ran my hands through my hair. The smell was kind of strong when I put it on, but by the time a few minutes had passed, the oil had completely absorbed into my skin, leaving my skin and hair silky silky soft and smooth, without being greasy. Within half an hour or so, the smell had faded enough that it wasn't too strong, it just smelled perfect. I can't get over how good I smell! My father threatened to steal the bottle and pour it on his ice cream. Strange men are walking up to me, asking me what perfume I'm wearing. I love it. Soooo... you're probably wondering why the 3 stars, if I love it so much? Welllll... the whole reason I'm using it is so I don't have to use perfumes that I have no idea what's in them. And when I bought the Monoï oil, I thought that it was coconut oil infused with vanilla beans. But instead of telling you WHAT it's perfumed with, it just says the ingredients are coconut oil, Tiare flower, "Parfum", & Vitamin E. Well, I know what coconut oil, Tiare, and Vitamin E is. What exactly is Parfum? What is it made of, where does it come from? Is it safe to add it to my lip balm recipe? I just don't know. Soooo... this is getting 3 stars.

Beautiful scent
Excellent customer service - my package came damaged, as the bottle was not closed tightly inside and it had leaked - the seller gave me a refund for the trouble. I love using oils on my body - I liked the subtle vanilla scent of this one. I use it alone or mix it in with other oils that I use on my body.

Perfect for bleached damage and smells divine.
Stunning oil perfect for damaged hair. My hair is ruined by bleach and this oil is the perfect antidote to dryness and smooths split ends and adds lustre. Also smells incredible. Best oil for bleached hair that’s type 2a.
