I love this stuff, but you don't need a lot to create a tasty beverage. I used to buy it at Walmart, but thrilled to see I could purchase from Amazon.

First off, THERE IS NOT A MAGIC PILL/POWDER. You have to put in the work to see results. Flavor is alright. A few days in and I’m wishing they had more flavors in a pack. It’s very compatible to Ketond at half the price. I’ve been using it the same way with very, very similar results and a lot less of a hit for my wallet. Updated review: I'm now almost a full month in and I am really happy with results. I've paired this drink mix with a fairly strict keto/ 21 day fix diet, as well as beachbody's MBF workout and have seen amazing results. I wake up and immediately drink this, and either work out or head to work and work out after. I definitely get a kick of energy and I am very impressed with the appetite suppression. I'm going to try out the pills bc sometimes I do have difficulty getting the drink in, and the drink "cleans me out" which isn't always easy when your at work. I definitely suggest this drink if you are doing Keto. 20#s down in 2 months and I feel great!

This product has a very strong flavor and it's also too sweet for my taste. I find it better when diluted into a much weaker solution. Instead of 8-12 oz water I use 16-20 oz. I've been mixing it in with iced yerba mate tea for a nice blend of flavors and benefits.

The taste is very good. I enjoy the brain and energy boost of the caffeinated peach flavor. Sometimes I need just a little caffeine and these don’t give me the jitters. I have tried just about all the Shift brand flavors and enjoy them all. I wish they could successfully eliminate some of the added ingredients but I am willing to continue With this brand as I enjoy the taste, ease of use, lack of clumping. I have this on subscription and save.

The first two times I purchased this it was awesome with great peach flavor! So I subscribed to it and doubled my order so I had enough to use in my tea and my water for the month. Well, this order is nothing like my first two orders. This taste is terrible. It tastes chalky and no peach flavor. I can't even drink it with water. It's just terrible! It came packaged differently this time also. I guess it's a different batch and they really screwed it up! Will be returning if I can. I'm on disability with next to nothing for an income and can't afford to throw away money on crap! I hope this issue gets fixed or I will no longer be ordering.

I have lost 82 pounds since 2021 and have been maintaining it with the help of these ketones. They help with appetite control, energy, mental focus -- just all around good feeling. I use them twice a day, and they are delicious and do the job they claim they do!! I will not stop buying these ketones -- there are several other flavors that are also delicious, as well. Excellent product!! There are other brands that I have tried that some are at least three times more expensive, and these actually make me feel so much better than the other ones did!!
