Do these stay flexible when they're frozen?

No they have to thaw a bit first

Are they covered in fabric

No it is more of a plastic/fabric like. Not really plastic but not really fabric, sort of a combo.

Has anyone compared these to another brand? I'm wondering fi they stay cold for just as long as other ones. Thank you!

I’ve tried multiple brands, in all honestly they all are about the same! Hope that helps...
