Wonderful for price
This little flipper is awesome. I love the ability to change blade shape, and be able to exchange for fresh blades and avoid having to sharpen. The action is super responsive and the size is perfect. Will buy again.

Nice knife, but with some tolerance variations
I bought two of these, and they both work fine, but one of them is a bit harder to open and close than the other. It looks like the manufacturing tolerances are a bit loose. Also, to fold the knife, you must put a finger into the path of the blade in order to release the lock. This does not seem very safe to me, but I'm a careful person and I have not been cut by it yet.

As described
I can open and close this with one hand and it locks. I will use it a lot since I will not fear dulling blades. I bought a box of a hundred. Should last the rest of my life!

Needs better quality control on tolerances.
The GOOD: Its titanium. Finish is very nice. Its lightweight. Its inexpensive. Its readily available. It comes with replacement blades. Flipping action and lockup are great. Its super small and very pocketable. Safe design wont open in your pocket. Blades are super sharp and inexpensive. The BAD: Its so small that flipping it open and closed is challenging. No pocket clip so it gets lost in your pocket. Blades are super thin and can snap with improper use. The UGLY: Blade holding mechanism needed more attention to tight tolerances necessary during machining to properly and safely mount and remove the blades. The blade would not seat correctly until I modified (filed) the blade tang in two places. The VERDICT: I would buy again at a lower price but not as a gift.

Insanely well machined.
I'm insanely impressed with how well this is made and machined. The blades it came with are not as sharp as I expected but still sharp nonetheless. I would not pocket this for safety reasons.

Almost great!
Materials on this scalpel knife are great. Lock up was crisp at fifty percent. The scalpel holder is actually made from stainless steel, and fits scalpel blades from other manufacturers. Everything is centered nicely. However, the one drawback is that when you close the blade it hits on the spacer near the lantern hole & dings the blade pretty badly. To fix this, I had to remove the spacer and grind a flat spot into it with a diamond file so that the blade could close entirely with room between the edge & the spacer. Took me about an hour in total to fix this $25 blade. I'm paid more than that at work, so when I factor in my time this knife really cost me more than $70, which is why it gets three stars. It's not worth $70 to me.

a $90 knife for $30? OKAY!
I'm surprised this knife is as good as it is honestly! All the screws are tight and blade centering is on point. Detent is STRONG and makes for a quick SNAP when flipped open. Machining on the scales is noticeable but so consistent it looks like its supposed to be there. My only gripes with this knife are that it was a bit smaller than I had originally thought, and there is no pocket clip :(
