**Q: How do I open it? Can’t seem to figure it out**
A: The clasp can be slided to open. There is a picture on the description showing how it is like when is open. Thank you!

**Q: My magnet clasp broke after 5 weeks.  Is it just trash now or is there a way to fix it?**
A: If you have a retailer that sells beaded jewelry in your area, I would just take it to them and ask them to put a new clasp on it. If it is a clean break, there is a glue called E6000 that is very good at bonding things together, even metal.

**Q: why didn't you refund me when you never delivered the bracelet?**

I got the brown double braid with black and chrome - super nice! Hefty but not too heavy on the wrist. Really catches the light. Impossible not to notice, takes a couple big ones to wear something so bold, is my opinion. Clasp is easy to get open and closed. Leather is thick and sturdy and the whole thing is very masculine. No adjustment, however. But it fits me fine. I'd say I'm average wrist size. Quite pleased with the purchase.
