Wonderful
Authentic stuff! Little pricy but these work so well! I’ve made magnesium spray using this and a few spays on the sole of the foot will knock you out at night! Made a foot spa using this for my pregnant sister in law. She passed out on the chair! Very relaxing and no scents.

A staple product in my bathroom cabinet!!
A staple in our home now . The benefits of these on aching body's is amazing and soothing. Aso being that there beneficial magnesium is absorbed by your skin they aid in relaxation and hopefully a better night's sleep . My whole household used these now . Either in a bath or in a foot soak . Very economical too at this price as you only need say a cup full per bath . Be sure to drink plenty water after though as the product is a diuretic making it brilliant for easing water retention but can make you feel drained and dehydrated if you don't replace some of that fluid. I have eds and fibromyalgia and these can really soothe aching joints and muscles and help combat restless legs . Soak for around 20 mins or more for the most benefits.

perfect when I’ve had a stressful day
I absolutely love the Westlab Health Magnesium Bath Salts! They make my baths so relaxing and are perfect when I’ve had a stressful day. I feel so much more relaxed afterwards, and I’ve noticed that my body doesn’t ache as much anymore. They’re now a must-have for my self-care routine. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing, soothing bath!
