I use if for whole body washing, including my head, and I find that it is very versatile and works really well at getting rid of the grime without drying out your skin. The only thing that I hate is that sometimes this soap is hard to find. We like to buy in bulk, when we can, because you never know when there might be a scarcity of this specific soap, or when the price is going to change. I hate to recommend this because then everyone will buy it and it might not be available for me the next time I need some, but it is good soap.
