Are the temperature readings impacted by what you wear at night or how many blankets you have on? I sleep with multiple blankets over my shoulders.

I imagine that the temperature readings may be impacted some, but in my experience of wearing multiple blankets or night shirt with sleeves versus without I have not had inaccurate or far off readings
