It is smooth and waxy in touch. Not soft like Nappa Leather, it is Vintage and will break in nicely after use.

Will this fit the 16" Macbook Pro? (10x14")

No. 16" MacBook Pro will fit a bit tight in it.

Is it okey for laptop 15.6"?

That's what I used mine for. Only thing is I miss not having a handle on top, but that's my preference. There's plenty of room in there for that 15.6 laptop.

Can these bags be personalized with initials?

Not sure if the seller can provide you with that service. The bag can definitely be embroidered if you find where to it locally.
