Some reviews here posted that their hair mask boxes came opened and with the mask spilled in the package, but I was lucky that didn't happen to me. I'd highly recommend having it shipped to an Amazon locker instead of your house. I think this greatly helped with my product having no spillage.The product itself is nice and is affordable, and my hair is always left with a beautiful but light scent, a healthy shine, and softness.
