I usually take this vitamin because nerve damage. Whenever I grip something I get a shock on my nerves. Not a good feeling. But this is good for lots of things like blood health, brain and neurological health, energy production, etc. I'm not a doctor but I asked my friend Google and it said that I could be deficient on vitamin B12 and I tried it and the very 1st day I took it I was relieved. No lie! All I'm going to say is it worked for me.

I bought this product because it was labeled as "dissolvable" - however, it in fact does not dissolve. I end up having to chew it up before swallowing and that isn't the most pleasant taste/texture. Also, I cannot tell a difference in my energy level after taking this supplement so I cannot confirm if it really does boost your energy - it definitely doesn't boost mine.
