These are like the great motor bike tie downs I used years ago. They are made with heavy duty 2inch straps with sturdy stitching. The set I received was the Keeper 05707 but they are gray not yellow, (that's ok by me). The hooks at each end are coated to protect whatever they are attached to and the hook spring lock will insure that they stay where you hook them. The 8ft length is just perfect for my pickup bed and should work well in most trailers. The cam buckle is so easy to use and so fast to adjust unlike my ratchet tie downs. The quality of these tie downs is outstanding, the price is a great deal and being made in the USA makes these a smart choice. Hope this helps!

I bought these to secure dirt bikes in my pickup bed. Unfortunately, the latches on the hooks do not clear the standard 7/8" handlebars. I know the listing does not claim these are for motorcycles, so I can't complain too much, but it would only take a very small change in design for these to be much more useful to a broader range of potential buyers/users. I'm surprised that this application (securing motorcycles) was not researched when designing this product. So I am very disappointed, but to be honest, I only have myself to blame. My friends have told me that I should have bought motorcycle-specific product. Otherwise...These tie-downs are very sturdy, extremely well-made, and capable of holding heavy loads with confidence. 2-inch wide strap material is very strong, and the working weight of 800 pounds is no joke for a cam-style buckle. I don't like ratchet straps because they are fiddly to undo, plus it seems I always end up pinching my fingers somehow lol. These are the perfect solution! Very affordable too, I got 2 pairs for the price of one pair of other HD tie-downs. At 8-feet length I suppose they could be longer, but they work fine for most of my needs. High quality product.

In addition to heavy duty 2" web and sturdy locking S-hooks, the cam buckle itself is heavy duty as well and not made of some cheap pot-metal that will break/rust easily. Highly recommended!

I originally purchased these for my daughter to tie down the front an back of 2 kayaks mounted to her honda civic. I didnt read carefully and didnt realize they were 2 inches wide. Dispite this, I was happy with the holding power of the cam locks. I wanted the cam locks because my daughter always had difficulty using the racheting systems. With these, she can simply put her entire weight to pull down on the strap and get the proper tightness, then easily loosen them when she gets to her destination. For the purpose they are used, they are probably over kill, but they work great for my daughter.

Not just the 2" straps are 2X wider than typical 1", the cam buckles are so much beefier and stronger than 1" buckle! I use them for Kayak tie down on SUV bed (with truck door open but tied down with another excellent Keeper product trunk tie-down strap) these hooks are convenient for me to connect to floor anchors, extra wide strips add double friction and stability for securing kayak. The item description stated yellow color but arrived grey color, just FYI.
