Q: I can't use oil due to heart issues plus being vegan. I plan to make pancakes and French toast on this pan. Any problem with either sticking?

Not at first. But after about a month and a half it started sticking. I did follow the instructions that came with the pan.

Q: What is the handle to handle diameter?

About 14 3/4 inches. Need 15 inches to slide into space easily.
