We bought this toothbrush for our 3 year old about 8 months ago but forgot to register for the warranty.Unfortunately the Toothbrush stopped working which may have been down to the faulty charger. I reached out to the seller and they kindly sent out a replacement charger.However! We could no longer find the toothbrush and it may have been thrown away as we weren't expecting a response from the seller. I informed the seller about this and I was happy to just purchase the mechanical part because we had everything else - they sent us out a brand new toothbrush!We didn't expect this kind of customer service at all but credit to the vendor as not only is the product great, their customer service is even better. This is the kind of brand that Amazon should promote more.

Great little brush for keeping young people on track with their teeth cleaning . Fast service , arrived in very robust packaging with spare brush heads, charging cable and clear instructions . Nice feel to the handle and very likeable animal - we love the Penguin . The disco lights add to the fun and the vibrations on the head seem sensitive enough . Would recommend .

This toothbrush is a game changer, our 2 year old loves it, and the fact that it has two light settings is fab, toothbrushing has got easier thankfully with this.

My son (14 months) this brush and has encouraged him to brush his own teeth.Only reason for 4 stars is if he has worked how to take the head off and it is a potential choker hazard. So ensure you’re fully on the ball when doing it with them!Good price and good clean though.

The media could not be loaded. Great electric toothbrush for kids, bonus that it's a sonic one. Hesitated a bit as to whether it was worth buying but so glad I did. The timer function has really helped my daughter (age 4) learn how long to brush her teeth for and it's a nice touch how it rotates through various flashing colours for the timed function. I wasn't sure how she'd cope with the vibrations as it was her first electric toothbrush but she took to it no problem, with the occasional giggle. Was worried it would be another thing I'd have to constantly re-charge but the battery life is awesome. Had it over a month now and it's still on its first charge. I ended up buying two (the elephant and the hippo), one for both mine and her dad's house. Very cute and feels nice to the touch... would be great if they did a pink one, perhaps a pink piggy or flamingo?

My little girl has hated brushing her teeth until I bought her this toothbrush! She chose the elephant and loves brushing her teeth . She sits and waits to brush them!

I like that you can charge instead of having to use batteries like previous ones we have got. Kids love them and like to brush there teeth with these because of the fun lights and animal characters. Our youngest found the vibration abit much at first but soon got use to it.

wir haben uns diese Zahnbürste jetzt schon das zweite Mal gekauft fürs zweite Kind. Auch beim ersten Kind haben wir vom ersten Zahn an mit dieser Zahnbürste geputzt. Es gibt entsprechende Zahnbürstenaufsätze je nach Alter des Kindes. Auch ist die Akkulaufzeit wirklich super, hält bei uns mit zweimal putzen am Tag über einen Monat. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Mein kleiner liebt nun das Zähne putzen es macht ihm richtig Spaß eine elektrische Zahnbürste zu haben, wie die großen, die auch noch so schön leuchtet. Mir gefällt sie auch sehr, da die Beleuchtung auch sehr gut ist um die Zähne im Mund mal genauer anschauen zu können. Der Akku hält auch mehrere Wochen, sodass man auch nicht ständig den Akku aufladen muss. Sehr schönes Produkt und absolut zu empfehlen.

Super, um das Kleinkind zum Putzen zu animieren. Leider mochte unser Kind die Vibration und das wechselnde Licht nicht. Die Zahnärztin hatte es vom eigenen Kind empfohlen, weil es auch mal zum Spaß im dunklen Badezimmer witzig ist. Sieht anscheinend nicht jedes Kind so ;) Aber gut verarbeitet und sehr schön mit den Tierfiguren. Einfach zu bedienen, Auflade-Art auch toll.

Unser Sohn ist ein großer Fan der Zahnbürste, und wir sind es auch! Nachdem er gesehen hat, wie wir Erwachsenen unsere elektrischen Zahnbürsten verwenden, wollte er unbedingt eine eigene haben. Manchmal putzt er seine Zähne mit dieser elektrischen Zahnbürste direkt im Wasser, und sie funktioniert einwandfrei.Die blinkenden Lichter und die sanften Vibrationen machen das Zähneputzen zu einem unterhaltsamen Ereignis. Unser Sohn hat richtig Spaß daran und betrachtet es als eine Art Spiel. Wir haben sogar einen kleinen Wettbewerb daraus gemacht, um herauszufinden, wer die saubereren Zähne hat.

Die Zahnbürste funktioniert einwandfrei, bis jetzt ist nicht auf Boden gelandet, kann nicht um Robustheit sagen. Jedoch macht meiner Tochter (seit sie 14-15 Monate alt war) echt Spaß und erleichtert die Motivation für Zähne putzen zu bekommen!Batterie hält lange, in 4 Monate müsste nur 2 Mal laden, bei 2x täglichen Putzen!
