I already had decent club head speed but these really took it to the next level and I comfortably get my driver club head to 114-120mph comfortably. Delivers without any instruction or even a link for instruction.I’m convinced this type of training can produce positive results. Not only for increasing swing speed, but also for improving hand/eye coordination. Pick a spot on the ground to swing to… instead of a very large club head, you will practice “hitting” this target with the much smaller weight. After several weeks, I’m maintaining better core stability and staying behind the ball while swinging a bit harder… yes drives are going farther.The practice routines you can find (by yourself) online don’t advise to start slow. If your a bit older or have back issues… just take your time. Step up your swing speed over weeks not days.

I am really happy with the Detroit swing trainers. They are very good quality and price was significantly less than the Super Speed. From my comparisons, they seem to be just about the same. I was fairly skeptical that I would see any improvement, but after several weeks of use (3X a week), I have seen a consistent ~3-4% increase in speed as described. There are plenty of workout videos on YouTube if you do a quick search. For me, it's a notable increase and exactly what I was looking for. I will say that if you are using them correctly, it should feel like a good workout when you are swinging.

This is the best speed training clubs to increase club head speed. Price is very reasonable and build quality is excellent.I've used it for about a month and I'm already seeing gain of about 8-10 yards in driving distance. There are some other equipment with one club with changeable weights but I prefer this 3 clubs. Easier to move to different clubs right away. I only train at home so having 3 clubs isn't a big deal.

I got these as a gift from my kids. I decided to get serious about training as at age 69 I had lost a lot of club head speed. I use these in a 3 part program that includes dynamic strength training, Isometric strength training and overspeed training. I am using PRGR launch monitor to track progress. After 8 training session in 11 days I have increased Cobra King Speed Zone Driver with Ventus R-6 shaft from 85 MPH to 102 MPH. I had to generate 108 MPH with green stick and 100 with red stick to achieve this speed. My goal is senior tour average driver speed of 107 MPH which I am confident I will achieve with a few more weeks for training. My swing on the 18th hole is just as fast as 1st tee without the fatigue I used to feel last year so these have helped greatly with my fitness level. It's fun hitting past fairway bunkers I couldn't even reach last year. I highly recommend the Detroit overspeed training sticks for those who are serious about gaining club head speed.

Just like the title says. Excellent product at 1/2 the price of there competitors. Amazon crushed the box and broke one of the sticks with the first shipment but I quickly got a replacement. Very impressed and they do work to increase swing speed if you follow a good 4-8 week program with them.

Very good set of “speed sticks.” I was skeptical at first, didn’t think these were going to be any good. Didn’t receive a set of instructions on how to use them effectively. I eventually figured them out. I did notice my drives picked up a few yards. I’m 72 so picking up a few yards is big deal. I’ll be working more with them late in the winter and early spring. I want to have my swing speed up to blow by the other old guys. I need a swing speed monitor now to really get down in my training.
