I’ve tried other B12 products and this by far is the best!! It works quickly and lasts!! I buy it all the time!! I have fibromyalgia and have a hard time getting started in the morning and this gets me going!! Love it!!

I was chained to monthly Sub-Q B-12 shots for many years because my stomach doesn't absorb B-12. Filling the syringe from small vials was a total hassle. I'd read about sublingual B-12's ability to bypass the gut and be absorbed through the mucous membranes. After discussing this with my doctor, he thought the only way to know if it will work for me is to try it. This spray worked "very well" and my B-12 levels are well within the normal range. NO MORE MESSING WITH SYRINGES, SWABBING MY AR WITH AN ALCOHOL WIPE AND HAVING MY PARTNER GIVE ME AN INJECTION. The container can get a bit messy on the outside but it sure beats the shots.

Very pleased with the flavor, I was happy about that, and am beginning to feel better with it's use. I had to stop using a different product bc of how it made me feel, so far I'm good with this. Anyone with a lot of stress (and/or those of you who maybe drink a little more than others;), bc alcohol depletes the Vit Bs quickly) can usually benefit from some extra Vit Bs, and this delivery system is a good way to go for absorption. As an aside, I had odd issues with my local postal service (I'm in a big city, but they can be rather obtuse sometimes), and want to thank the seller for staying in contact and going the extra mile to make sure I received this.

They do not tell you that the liquid is red, so be careful what you point it at when you prime. Also having trouble with the pump not spraying consistently.

I would love to give this product a good review, for flavor and quality. But I've had bad luck with three different orders, so I'm giving up on it. The first time I used it, a friend (a homeopath) gave it to me. That was great! The spray pump continued to work until the tube was empty. Then I began ordering online. With each successive order, the pump has stopped working when the tube was still full. This last time, the spray mechanism worked twice, but the third morning, it blocked. Why, or how, I'd love to know! Nothing I do can make it work again. It's stationary. Even turning it upside down and banging it brings only a little spatter. Finito. And there was no paperwork in the order, to tell me how to return it. From now on, I'm buying a different B-12 spray at a local health food store. There, I can at least return the product for a refund if it breaks.

Great flavor. Magen I start to feel dizzy this makes me feel better. Just two squirts on each cheek and you are done. I like better than lozenges and feel the liquid works better and quicker. It lasted me 6 months using 4 times per week. Lasted longer than expected. Highly recommend.

We love the BetterYou line, and use the magnesium oil spray, as well as D3+Vit. K2. I prefer to use vitamins sublingually, for better absorption while bypassing the GI tract. It's also easy to do your sprays in the morning and go about the day. My husband forgets to take supplements, so I do the sprays for both of us. Fast, effective and convenient. I have insomnia and irregular sleep patterns, and this supplement helps me stay alert, whereas I can deal with work without feeling the 3pm slump.

Absolutely love this range of BetterYou vitamins. This Vitamin B12 supplement is in a small bottle, easily popped into handbags, makeup bags etc. The pump action works smoothly and reliably so far. Four sprays daily are recommended to the inside of cheek. The taste is also ok! Not too strong, in fact it’s quite pleasant and no bitter aftertaste. My only negative is its red colour, not sure why it needs to be bright red. The delivery was super fast and the price was so much lower than from high street retailers. I would recommend this to others :). far better than tablet form for me.

I'm at drama school as a mature student and last term I was feeling INCREDIBLY burned out. I've suffered from severe burnout before from working a corporate job before - i felt like my brain was stuffed with cotton wool, I had terrible brain fog, I was constantly exhausted, spending every minute of free time sleeping and still waking up exhausted, and my mood was down the toilet. Back then I went to the doctor and tested rock bottom for vitamin b12, D, ferritin and folate. I felt pretty much the same when term ended: I couldn't think clearly, I was randomly really struggling with some very basic lines, notes from directors which needed to be implemented instantly for screen was overwhelming (with stage I could at least write it down first and then take some time to process, but screen is redirection between takes, so you have to be really on it -so I decided to take some vitamins because as an actor you NEED your brain to work so you can remember lines - you can't cruise through on autopilot or hold your brain together with post-it notes. I'm terrible with remembering to take pills but somehow these are much easier to remember to take. I take B12, D and Iron all by BetterYou. Individually the sprays taste nice, i just chuck them all down my neck at the same time and they still taste ok, even though mint (Vid D) and fruit is a little odd in terms of a combination. I've been taking them for a month and even though I'm still knackered and foggy all the time, it's not AS bad as it was. I'm feeling maybe 15-20% better I wake up with a little more pep in my step, my weekends aren't wasted being a slug in bed, my mood has definitely improved (although I think that's also to do with having a 5 week break). Vitamin deficiences take time to build back up - 3-6 months so I think I'm on track to being a functional human again.
