Awesome controller
My son absolutely loves this controller

Disappointed
If I could give it one star, I would. The item worked for one hour before it gave up and stopped working. I tried buying new charging cables, a new charging port, and going through technical support. It isn't worth the price. I thought by buying from PlayStation, I would get a quality product. My fiance bought a generic one at the same time and his generic one has never given him a single issue

Audio port was defective
I ordered the rose gold controller. When it arrived there was a slight gap in the seams of the controller but nothing too noticible, but after charging the controller and plugging in my headset, I noticed that I had audio but my mic would not work. I tested my headset with another controller and it worked fine, so the problem was not my headset. I then tested another headset and still, no mic audio. I returned it. I wanted to get a replacement but delivery wouldn't have been for more than a week so I just got a refund instead.
