I got through to a rep almost immediately and she made me do the same thing I was doing before but somehow it worked. To summarize:1. Push the green cartridge away from the top, towards the cup.2. Hold the bottom part on the floor, line the top with the bottom and push the top part in really, really hard. If you are able to pull them apart with your hands, then it's not hard enough. I really had to use my full body weight to push it in.3. Thanks!** A: A solution to collapsing bottles: As the bottle rests in the handle, go to the very top of the bottle and drill the smallest hole you can at that point. Air can then seep into the bottle and won't collapse. When you refill it, place a piece of tape over the hole first, refill, turn to the normal position, remove the tape, and place in the handle.
