I got this skinny grip Viking Press so it would be more comfortable for my wife. She has used it with no problems. I used it for straight leg deadlift with 100lbs and it felt fine but I don’t know what weight would cause the skinnier handles to give at the weld. I searched everywhere trying to learn of the items weight capacity but never found one. Do not use the set screw on your barbell unless you’re ok with it digging in and scratching the sleeve. It’s not needed anyway in order for safe use. Overall I would recommend this product. If you’re planning on going heavy I would recommend going with the larger size Viking Press.

Ladies this is great for lower body workouts. I wish the lock was bigger to make more secure but overall this product makes workout easier. Great for squats, lunges. RDL, etc.

The skinny grip makes various landmine exercises very comfortable and aids in proper form for safety. Can add more weight without discomfort or compromised form. Good purchase.

I had high hopes for using this often .. unfortunately, very limited use ..not a fan. I prefer using the landmine without this.
