Can't beat the price of this bulk ink
The product arrived on time and in good condition. I use a lot of ink in my work and have a CISS system set up. The ink seems to flow properly and render images consistent with the spec's of the printer's maker (Canon). The price is great. The only thing that would make me raise it to a 5 star would be a different bottle type. Other makers have bottles with nipples that allow the direct filling of the ink cartridge or ink reservoir directly from the bottle. You can't pour or fill directly from these bottles. I've simply transferred the ink to one of my old filling bottles...if you don't have you can buy them at a hobby or pharmacy for under $2. Alternatively, you can use the fill-syringe method as is spec'd by many ink companys.

Quality Ink. Save $30 with 10 minutes work!
Pros:- $0.40 ink refills- Over 60 refills (HP 61XL)- Saves me over $900 per year- 10 minutes total refill and cleanup- Can refill same cartridge over 20 timesGreat way to save money. Ink is quality but slightly thinner viscosity. Remove cartridge daily and wipe with damp paper towel for best print quality as ink tends to seep out and dries on print head. Use digital scale and refill before cartridge runs dry to avoid hassles such as confused printer and clogged printer head. If cartridge won’t print after refill (1) tape top holes closed and turn cartridge in different directions while giving gentle tap to free trapped air bubbles. (2) use microwave to heat water (too hot to drink) in coffee mug. Submerge cartridge halfway for several minutes to clear clogged printer head. (3) Then submerge halfway in cold water to cool metal printer head or it will dry the ink and immediately clog. After refill and hot water to clear printer head there is a tendency for the ink to seep continuously out of the printer head. Remedy this by wiping ink off printer head and placing cartridge at 45 degree angle for 10 minutes. If printer head flow has stopped insert and try printing. When the cartridge will no longer print well in “draft” switch to “best” quality. Uses ink faster but so what... refills cost about $1.00 instead of $0.40. I have refilled the same cartridge over 20 times but I keep a few extra cartridges around just in case.

Excellent quality
I bought this refill ink for my Canon MG3120 inkjet printer and it works great. I have refilled my 240XL black cartridge dozens of times with this ink with no problems. I don't believe there is a pre-drilled access hole into this cartridge. I drilled a hole on top and through the top front of the cartridge so that I don't even have to remove the cartridge to refill it. Many cartridges already have a refill hole that's usually hidden under the cartridge identification sticker. You can find it by running a ballpoint pen over the sticker until it pokes down into the refill hole. You'll know it's the right hole when you insert the refill syringe into the cartridge and feel the ink reservoir "sponge" inside. Note that this ink does not come with a syringe so if you don't have one from a previous refill kit--as I did--you'll need to order some refill syringes from Amazon or some other site. They're cheap. Also note that If you happen to overfill the cartridge--so that ink starts running out of the fill hole--be sure to wipe the print head area of the cartridge because ink usually starts to seep from that area after an overflow. Not a big deal. Oh, and don't let your cartridge run completely dry--try to refill it as soon as it starts to get streaky, indicating it is running out of ink. Sometimes a completely dry cartridge cannot be revived, I've found in my experience.

Ink Refill Leaves Print outs a greenish color.
The ink was shipped promptly but when I refilled and tried to print out, my project was printed in a greenish color, not black. I was making Thanksgiving day cards for family that my son had designed and was to be a white & black card on card stock. Very disappointing. None of the cards were fit to give away.

20 oz of black ink (5 x 4 oz)
Both the title and description may be wrong or conflicting in regards to the amount.85 ml = 2.87 oz;88.72 ml = 3 oz;510 ml = 17.245 oz;532.3 ml = 18 oz;Luckily, the discrepancy doesn't apply to my order.I purchased the ink from SOL, and they sent me 5 bottles of ink, each containing 4 oz, for a total of 20 oz of black ink... that's about 591 ml. More than I paid for, sweet deal!Name brand printed on the label is FRESHINKJETS.COM and the bottles are solid white (can't see the ink). Each one is also sealed under the twist-off cap. They were not from Stratitec like they should be, but I hope the extra ink more than makes up for it; I've never used either brand so I have no basis for comparisonAlso printed on the label is: "Premium pigment based universal ink". Not much info, it's ink... pretty plain and simple.I haven't tried it out yet, but when I do I'll update my review to say how well it works.

Great Ink. Should Save Me $1000 Over Epson Pricing!
I have been filling my Epson inkjet printer for the last 5 years with ink I buy on eBay and Amazon. I've never really paid much attention to the suppliers and I've had very good success with Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow. For some reason I've always had clogging issues with the Black ink from other suppliers. Now that I have STRATITEC Black Ink I am printing flawlessly with all colors and black. When my STRATITEC ink arrived, I thoroughly cleaned my black ink cartridge with both water and rubbing alcohol. I wanted to get all the old ink out and really clean the print head. I filled my cartridge with STRATITEC black ink and promptly printed 50 brochures for my wife's business. VERY PLEASED! I estimate that this one order of 6 bottles of STRATITEC ink will save me $1000 over the next year by not having to buy brand name Epson cartridges.
