It provides a much more comfortable and supportive sit than your standard "bag" chair. I have problems with my back and hip and cannot sit in most folding or "bag" chairs, but I am able to sit in this. It folds up quite compact and fairly easily, once you get the hang of it. It carries like a suitcase. Side table is handy and nice that you can leave it down when you don't need it. Spacious side pouch has plenty of room for cell phone, water bottle and more.
