Best belly band for male dogs!
I've ordered several different brands of these, but sizing is always off or so skinny it bunches up in middle of dogs back. These are made very, very well, wide enough, and sized right (measure circumference of dogs lower back). The material is perfect, sort of water resistant outer with softer interior) used with Options regular length moderate absorption pads from Walmart 620 for $3.46, they do the trick. Just adopted a mill dog rescue of 11 years, who is not potty trained, so these are a find!😂. My dog is 18 lbs. and about 17 inches around. I ordered a medium.

Stays on and no rawness
I actually ordered this for my Mom who has a dog who marks and has occasional accidents. The elastic kind rubbed him raw and slipped off all the time. One of those cost about the same price as 5 of these. He hated it and could also get out of it himself. She put him in these and put a woman's maxi pad inside it. No more trying to get out of it. No more rawness. It stays nice and snug. Best of all it stays on! They are easy to wash if necessary and adjust to each dog's size. She occasionally watches her friends' dogs when they go out of town. A couple of them are about the same size and are older so she uses the diapers on them.

Good Product, very responsive company.
I found these belly-bands to be soft and well made, much as described; however, my dog (an intact male) simply didn't like them. I'm not sure why he reacted so badly - perhaps he is not used to the width (it's wider than most) or perhaps it was too tight. Can't do anything about that, but it doesn't detract from what I think is a good product. The only critical comment I would make is that I found the sizing suggestions to be off. My dog has a 20 inch waist, so I bought the large (18-22") and found it to be too small. I contacted the company, explained the situation, they were extremely responsive and refunded my money almost instantly.

Small is too small
I ordered the small as my dog measures 12" around his belly. It BARELY fits. It's extremely snug. It's supposed to be for dogs up to 13". I was afraid if I had ordered the medium it would be too big. Also, they are very wide. So, part of it is around the belly and the other is around the chest, making it difficult to get a snug fit without making it hard for my pup to breathe. But I have to get a snug fit due to the fact that it's too small, so it's a bit bunched up near his legs. I wish the sizing guide had been more accurate.

Medium is great for small dogs
I've tried at least 6 different belly bands and I love this one the best because it's wider and material is reinforced so it doesn't bunch up. I stick wide maxi pads (without wings) on the inside and they work amazing on my tiny Pug/Chi rescue mix who's as they say well endowed despite being only 12 lbs. They barely fit my Westie/Chi mix that's about 25lbs, but I haven't been able to find them in the large size for him. Both are neutered, but have started marking aftrr my friend brought her male dog over that marks 😪

We purchased the disposable belly wraps for male dogs and the worked just fine but seemed a little uncomfortable for him
We have a giant schnauzer that weighs approx 98lbs.He is almost nine years old and has become the "dribbler" in our house. We purchased the deaposable belly wraps for male dogs and they worked just fine but seemed a little uncomfortable for him. We received his deluxe quilted belly wraps a few days ago and they are awesome. They are soft and seem to be absorbant enough for his dribble. They are a little snug at first but once worn a bit seem to fit great and he definitely seems more comfortable. Have not washed one yet and will probably not dry them as I would fear any shrinking. So far so good!

Nicely made, seems OK after 2 days.
So far after 2 days these seem to be working OK. I use them with a liner. The only issue I have is with sizing. We have a westie which really should be a medium. He only weighs 19 lbs. According to an answer on the product page a large is 19 to 23 which is more of a medium. For the disposable wraps this is a medium. Would like to see some consistency in the sizing. Probably too much to ask as these are different companies but would be helpful. can just get the two ends to overlap and fasten. If it shrinks I'll probably have to go to the large.

Best belly wraps.
These wraps are awesome, easy on, easy off, but not so easy off that the dog can get them off, we'll be ordering more just to have extra's on hand.We actually bought the Mediums, and just bought 10 more, they are awesome. I'm sure any size would be the same results. The only suggestion for improvement I could make is, the part of the band that covers the belly could maybe widen just a bit to help with coverage, it wouldn't take much. We don't use pads with them, for us they work great as is.
