Absolutely beautiful!
Bought this thermometer to replace one I had for years that got broken because I loved it so much. It’s beautiful, keeps accurate temperature, and is a show piece that becomes the topic of conversation. Pricey but worth it to me, and I love it so much I plan to get a bigger one for another room.

It's beautiful!
This is the fourth Galileo thermometer I have purchased in the last 4 months. I gave each of my three adult children and a neighbor this beautiful conversation piece for Christmas. I also have one. They were well packed and arrived safely and on time. It is very accurate.

The hazard of breakage
I do NOT recommend this for your home!!! The one I bought fell to the floor and the the glass broke in many pieces. The liquid substance was scatter all over the floor and I’m having a terrible time with cleaning the oils it contained. The smell was strong and caused my eyes to burn. It’s so awful and I can’t identify the chemical substance.
