Very great product

I take a lot of Lysine every day to ward off herpes. This product does the trick, at about 3000mg per day. However, as another reviewer mentioned, this product supplies 1000mg in TWO capsules; each capsule has only 500mg in it. So I find the label misleading, which is really irritating. Nevertheless, I continue to buy it, as it is a good product.

I get fever blisters and I had been taking L-Lysine for years and stopped and then the fever blisters came back. Now I'm back on it and it's working very well. The prescription version isn't healthy for your body, but the L-Lysine has no side effects, other then keeping the fever blister outbreaks away. Great product and I highly recommend this to anyone who experiences this problem.

Be careful when ordering this item. The image shows a container specifying 1000mg capsules. What you are actually buying are 500 mg capsules. Very misleading!

Along with other things I use (like Ester-C, fresh chopped garlic, and AC vinegar etc), I use this product to help balance my l-lysine and l-arginine to control Shingles outbreaks. It works for me and I use it on a regular basis. The product arrived in good time and I will order again. :o)
