Skeptical at first
I had read people's comments and to which one stated that brace ran a little small. I have small bones and I have always had trouble wearing bracelets, etc., as they fall off. I was going to order a medium size but changed my mind. My small size just fits but I do struggle a little to get it up my arm. The brace worked just great. My upper arm had nagging pain even when not using it and hurt worse when I did. I thought I really had injured my arm from pulling 1/2 acres of 42 years of Boston Ivy and decided to pull that out to replace it with English Ivy for reasons English Ivy stays green all year where Boston Ivy does not but turns purplish and then looks dead in late fall until mid to late spring. There were lots of big roots which went in all directions and I was determined to get most roots out no matter the size and how difficult it was. In total it was a huge job in pulling, digging to get to the big, difficult ivy removed and then replanting 200 English Ivy plants. All this took from mid March to the end of September. I was really in bad shape and doctor wanted to send me for MRI, therapy...whatever, but I refused and told him I would heal myself, if I could. I used the hot and cold process which helped some. So I decided on buying a brace and did much research and came across this brace. It worked great. In just one day, after having it on for a bit, I realized that the nagging pain had stopped! I was so happy. I took the brace off at night and while watching TV, I use heat and cold and then go to bed with some heat on my arm. After a week or so of wearing the brace during the day, the pain is gone. I am so happy with it. The brace runs on the small side.

This has been a blessing!!! Wow!!
I had to do a review on this compression sleeve. I have had arms aching and pain for a long time now, and these other sleeves i have tried, nothing worked or helped. I knew i needed something that i could adjust the tightness and also something that would not slide down off my arm. All i can say is that this works awesome for me and stays put on your arm. If you are anyone you know suffers from arm tendonitis or pain, please do not hesitate to get this. I finally slept.....YES, finally slept a full night restfully without any pain or aching to wake me up. Even pain pills would not help. This however, is such a blessing. I know doctors would probably say not to wear something like this while sleeping, but all i can say is that, when you are in pain and hurting, you are willing to try anything. I cannot speak for everyone and their situation, all i can say is that if you are reading my review and in pain or hurting, you really need to get this. I have tried so many socks and arms sleeves over the years and everything usually falls down or slides off the arm, this has adjustable straps to stay put. I will do more updates as time goes on to let everyone know.So please the bottom line is, if you or anyone you know if suffering with tendonitis pain or hurting and aching, you really need to get this. This is not a paid review, this is a real person giving a real live review on this.

Instant relief
Been in pain since Nov 2021. Went to the Dr thinking it was my shoulder but it's not. Talked to many people and did a lot of internet searching and it turns out to be "bicep tendinitis". As soon as I put this on INSTANT RELIEF! Im able to raise my arm above my head as well out reach to my side. Only problem is I can't sleep in it because of the way I sleep. Except for the slight pinching it caused under the arm (an old sock used as a sleeve alleviated that problem) this is the best thing out there. Easy to put on and adjust.

Does not move, adjustable, helps with pain.
I have purchased this to protect my left biceps muscle which tore loose at shoulder recently after it tore at elbow 25 years ago ( surgery was unsuccessful). It fits well , and tension can be adjusted with 2 Velcro bands as needed. There is a thin fabric made of silky material which protects skin against straps.I have ordered another one to wear while inner fabric dries out after prolonged use ( I live in southern Alabama ).

Two Straps Too Many
While this compression sleeve does provide the support I need, the 3 straps make achieving the right compression more complicated than it needs to be. It was tricky getting the hang of which way to put the sleeve on my arm, mainly because you need to adjust the straps towards your chest, not away from it. My recommendation is to go with the one solid wrap version.

Does what it says - if you get the right size!
Even a minor tear in your upper bicep can hurt a lot, especially if you roll over in your sleep an tweak it again. This cuff provides good support, and the material is soft enough that you actually can sleep with it on. They do run a tad small, so best go up a size, since you can always tighten it, but if you get it too small you'll have to return it - which is what I did. Also make sure that when you pick your size Amazon doesn't default to the small size in your cart for some reason!

Okay but not perfect
This does offer support for my strained tricep, but putting it on isn't easy, I had to have my husband help me get it on high enough and adjust it. I found that after wearing it a bit it would slide down and rub in the crook ok my elbow causing irritation. Overall, I am wearing it only sparingly. In addition, once I consulted my doctor, she didn't recommend wearing it too much.
